Is there a warranty?

Yes! All products are backed by a 2 year warranty (including compressors). Proof of expansion valve replacement, compressor replacement, full system flush, and freon charge amount must be provided in order to be eligible. Please send us a message with your order number to get started and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does this product come with a user guide or instruction set?

Absolutely! Each of our products come with a comprehensive end-to-end user guide to help you get back on the road. You can easily download the latest versions of our user guides above. Our guides include detailed instructions on pre-system checklists, installation, freon capacity, and troubleshooting. If you have any further questions or need additional support, we are always here to help.

What is the return policy?

All products are backed by a 30-day return policy. For unused items there is a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping and your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. For items that have been installed and/or used, we cannot offer a return as they cannot be reused or resold.

How long does installation take?

Depending on the kit, variant, and components being serviced, a complete conversion typically takes between 4-5 hours (from disassembly to being ready for charging). This timeframe covers disassembly of all the factory components along with preparation and proper installation of the new parts.

Our detailed installation guides will walk you through each step, and if you need any assistance, our support team is here to help. For more complex installations, we recommend consulting with one of our Authorized Partners who would be happy to help!

Does A/C Solutions cover labor, diagnostics, or repair expenses on replacement items?

We do not cover any type of labor or repair expenses, but all products are backed by a 2 year warranty (including compressors). Please send us a message with your order number to get started and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I still use this kit if my car does not have factory A/C?

Yes! However, our conversion kits are designed as an upgrade to your existing air conditioning system and are used to replace a majority of the components under the hood to bring everything up to a modern standard. That being said, to install these upgraded parts into a car that did not come with factory A/C, you will be required to source the interior HVAC box to house the evaporator, A/C wiring harness, necessary fuses, evap. control module, evap. temp sensor, and the drier return line (long metal line).

Can I revert back to my original Bosch R12 setup?

Yes! All of our products are designed to be 100% reversible and require no permanent modifications.
